About the Job:
We are a full-service restoration company looking for a water, mold, and fire restoration technician. We a looking for hardworking, down-to-earth, fun people who love helping people. Pacific is a family-owned company that provides services to people who have had property damages.
Responsibilities:
- Water damage, mold remediation, and smoke/fire damage cleanup.
- Demolition.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Manage the daily scope of work dealing with water/mold/fire mitigation.
- Emergency services after hours on a rotating basis.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License (satisfactory driving record).
- Complete a background check.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to think on your feet.
- Physically able to work in PPE.
- Ability to work on ladders and in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly, occasionally more with assistance.
- IICRC or RIA Certification is a plus, but not a requirement.
